By using the website, creating an account, or registering as a store owner, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of the CARS ID Platform

CARS ID is an online platform that helps users search for auto parts and connect with auto parts stores registered on the platform.

The platform allows store owners to create an online store and display the parts they have available. It also provides customers with methods to contact stores, such as phone numbers, WhatsApp, and store location information.

CARS ID is not a direct seller of auto parts listed by stores unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any communication, agreement, or purchase of a part takes place between the customer and the relevant store.

2. Searching for Auto Parts

Users may search for auto parts using the search tools available on the website, such as:

• Vehicle brand.

• Part number.

• Other information or filters that may be added in the future.

CARS ID aims to provide relevant search results; however, it does not guarantee the availability of every part or the accuracy of all information provided by store owners at all times.

3. Store Owner Responsibilities

Store owners must ensure that the information they add is accurate and up to date, including:

• Part numbers.

• Brand information.

• Prices, where displayed.

• Part availability.

• Contact information.

• Store location.

• Images and descriptions.

Store owners may not publish misleading information, illegal products, or content that infringes the rights of others.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are advised to verify the following before completing any purchase directly with a store:

• The part number.

• Compatibility of the part with the vehicle.

• The condition of the part.

• The price.

• Any applicable warranty.

• The store's replacement and refund policies.

5. Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when registering.

• Protecting their password and login credentials.

• Preventing unauthorized use of their account.

• Informing CARS ID if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

CARS ID reserves the right to suspend accounts that are found to be used in violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.

6. Store Owner Accounts

After registration, store owners may access their dashboard and manage their store and listed auto parts.

Available features and the number of products that may be listed may vary depending on the selected subscription plan.

7. Subscription Plans

CARS ID may offer several subscription plans for store owners that vary according to:

• Price.

• The number of products that may be listed.

• Subscription duration.

• Available features.

The actual price and features of each plan will be displayed on the subscription page at the time of registration or renewal.

CARS ID reserves the right to modify subscription prices or plan features in the future. Any changes affecting an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with the terms presented to the subscriber and applicable laws.

8. Free Trial

CARS ID will provide a free trial period to certain store owners.

The duration of the trial and the features available during the trial will be displayed at the time of registration.

When the free trial ends, the store owner may be required to select a paid subscription plan in order to continue using store-related features.

If no plan is selected or the subscription is not renewed, CARS ID may suspend the ability to add products or hide products or the store from search results until a valid subscription is activated.

9. Automatic Renewal

If automatic renewal is available and is selected and approved by the store owner, the subscription may renew automatically according to the applicable billing cycle.

Subscription renewals are subject to the capabilities and terms of the payment service provider used.

If a renewal payment fails, certain account features may be suspended or restricted until the payment method is updated or the subscription is renewed.

10. Communication Through WhatsApp and Phone

CARS ID provides tools that allow customers to contact stores through WhatsApp or by telephone.

Any communication, negotiation, or purchase conducted through these external channels takes place outside the control of CARS ID, and the customer and store are responsible for any agreement made between them.

11. Store Location

Store owners may add a link or information relating to their geographical location.

The store owner is responsible for the accuracy of this information, while CARS ID displays it for the purpose of helping customers locate the store.

12. Prohibited Products and Content

CARS ID may not be used to publish:

• Illegal products or services.

• False or misleading information.

• Content that infringes intellectual property rights.

• Harmful or fraudulent content.

• Any content that violates applicable laws.

CARS ID reserves the right to remove prohibited content or suspend an account when necessary.

13. Service Availability

We aim to keep CARS ID available and stable; however, we do not guarantee that the website will operate without interruption at all times.

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control may occasionally affect service availability.

14. Limitations of the Role of CARS ID

CARS ID operates as a technical platform that helps customers search for auto parts and communicate with stores.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, CARS ID is not directly responsible for:

• The quality or safety of a part sold by a store.

• The compatibility of a part with the customer's vehicle.

• Any warranty offered by a store.

• Delivery delays.

• Financial agreements made directly between customers and stores outside the platform.

• Incorrect information published by a store owner.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Intellectual Property

The CARS ID name, platform design, original elements, and content owned by CARS ID are protected under applicable laws.

The CARS ID name, platform design, or proprietary content may not be copied or reused without permission.

Store owners remain responsible for ensuring that they have the right to use any images, text, trademarks, or logos that they upload to the platform.

16. Account Suspension or Termination

CARS ID reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in circumstances including:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Providing fraudulent information.

• Misuse of the platform.

• Failure to pay required subscription fees.

• Publishing prohibited content or products.

• Legal or regulatory requirements that require such action.

17. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

The updated version will be published on the website, and users may be notified of significant changes when appropriate.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman, subject to any mandatory rights that may apply to users under applicable law.
